Hi, my name is Irina, I have been doing ZUMBA about 4 years now, 3-4 times a week!
During my second pregnancy I put on 28 kg.
With ZUMBA I lost the 28kg, gained strength and shaped my body into “SEXY AND I KNOW IT” (it’s what my family calls me now).
I don’t believe in diets etc. So I still eat as normal, watch my portions, don’t overeat, cut down on sugar and “IT’S HOW I ROLL” :)
